= :-) na hello:) meet
in the last two is already so a lot has happened ...
has devious us with the bus in a small town south - Ninh Binh. and that was a good decision, because we were super friendly welcome here! nice cheap hotels and even the people on the streets and greeted us laughed always with "hello". especially the children delight in the English greeting to tourists.
on the first evening, after food stands in a small very very tasty beef soup, the typical Vietnamese had enjoyed, we were approached on the way home suddenly whistled horde of ner Vietnamese, who were amused at a table constructed on the road very well. it was the day that is celebrated in Vietnam the autumn. So party throughout the country, especially where the kids have their fun.
So we sat down after a brief hesitation, the Vietnamese and were invited to several glasses of beer. there's always this chip on it so nen rice with sesame above. we had that x times initiative and should then always drink with which to bet the beer glass ... yes, and then it was make up again ... So the mood was very cheerful;) still got some interesting talks concluded, because one could quite good English. with the other, we talk with hands and feet, or it was interpreted. In the end, so before we walked unsteadily into the hotel, there's still ne photo session ...
next day we rented a moped and gloomy to Tam Coc. here we took a boat tour along one of the rocks surrounding flow. it was sooooo idyllic! water lilies, small houses, caves, kingfishers, the rock-climbing goats, cows, fishing boats - very very nice!
funny thing was that the woman who paddled our boat instead of hands your feet to get used to rowing in motion. it looked as if she rides a bike:) You looked very relaxed and the 2 hours!
skew bissl was that drove next to us yet another boat, where two women sat in it with fruit and drinks. we already knew, that we may soon have to buy something like this when we follow it all the time .. yes, and then provided us their stuff also. we declined with thanks .. but then they used a nasty tricks: they built on our pity and handed me a can of green tea in the hand by referring to but for now our paddler. hmmmm ... na because one can not say no, right? .. Is already in common bissl these tactics and NEN totally inflated price we paid even for that. but hey, that's just Vietnam.
drove to the boat tour we continue. our path led us to a beautiful village roads along. We visited a temple that was built into the rock-and-monkey rescue center of the Cuc Phuong National Park. this was a German biologist from 13 years up to protect endangered species to extinction by the monkeys.
We were lucky, because just as we arrived, we were two contrasting types. one was a student of forestry science Tharandt and the other is a park employee. pleased to meet that of a tu-dresden students in Vietnam, we were able to join us both. we were given a brief tour in the ape-center and museum.
the trip by moped to Ninh Binh was beautiful anstraengend but first. In the villages you will feel like 100 years back! some old rundown houses and rice fields, bullock carts, wasserbueffel, dogs, people on bikes fruits laden with wood, straw, ... and all greet a very loving and laughing:) for this "time travel" into the past to let authentic, you only have the many internet cafes and mopeds Hide .. yes, this is Vietnam: on the one side of a country that lives almost exclusively on agriculture and thus the appearance of people and houses designed and on the other side of this evil of many bikes, internet cafes and mobile phones, which run around here . have an angle!
are into it as we drove our trip to Ninh Binh was really stressful! soooo much traffic and no one holds themselves to any regulated. Love & Death without end, ignoring the traffic lights and othe instructions and a honking - uaaa! martin but it has done well and we are back safe and arrived at the hotel:)
evening we sat still on a round with ner horde geography student from Berlin, the hotel patio and drank beer, because this is very cheap. Martin is pleased to no end;)
today we checked out of the hotel and are waiting for the bus to Hue, who today runs evening 21h 10h then. there is even a bus with moorings, so we will definitely come to our sleep:) it was only ne quite hard work, the ticket in return to a reasonably fair price to get. our hotel we wanted, namely the sale for almost 100000dong more (about 4euro), than we have now received after a long search for another hotel. nevertheless Our price is still not the real, unless we can say it only once again, the Vietnamese try to cheat at every opportunity and knock out your own profit! because we know not whom to trust .. really
ripoff is standard practice in the country, the tourists are seen as a monetary ass. while others have seen much worse .. an Austrian woman told us that its a three-day tour for 90euro was foisted, got the other for 35Euro. this is sooo hard! especially since the tour will not even fulfilling what had been promised. she's really angry on the Vietnamese and is now traveling further super bad mood.
so if the Vietnamese still so common with are the touristy, then, the rumsprechen fast and the interest in traveling here will diminish. not good for such a poor country that can really use every cent.
after Martin and I initially very well received here in Ninh Binh and were recorded by courage and forge, today we are already annoyed quite beautiful. I mean, if we are begging people who are really poor, are possibly homeless, then we can understand that and are also willing to give something. but if we send people in clothes with mobile phones in hand call after "money money" and laugh it stupid, then that's just annoying, right?
well, we still have residual energy from Malaysia and Singapore and hope that it gets better:)
