after a week we provide Cambodia's now finally, a few lines you see (how many times it will be this time ..) write.
was our first place sinahoukville. located in the southwest of Cambodia to the sea. It is a touriort because the city is located next to a national park and one in the sea can be admired throughout many small islands.
the first two days we have, however, a concern bissl quiet as we both had a sore throat, so we felt quite so fit ni. we took the time to visit the market for, and drinking coffee at strandspaziergaenge beatles music:) the sale on the market really everything! toasted spider, snake, beetle ... and sharks! but not roasted, but still half alive .. lying there just like on a board in the sun-rattling and fought for her life .. the dead sharks were set aside .. bad!
on the third day we took a tour boat in the Ream National Park. that was great! With a small boat on a river that flows right through the jungle langschippern. next to the ranger and the tax man were two Chinese from Hong Kong in the boot-sky and Derek. that we got super.
was funny as suddenly in the middle of the influence of the motor of our boat broke .. So we had to be towed by another;) and then change to another touriboot. in between, we went ashore and we walked a short distance through the national park. We arrived in a fishing village. The people live very easily in their huts, as we already have seen in the Mekong delta in Vietnam. At noon, there was then baracuda! suuuper fresh and tasty with the chili sauce suuuper:)
the highlight on the boat with the reuckfahrt were the sweet water dolphins, luckily we could see short! that was really a bustle, as suddenly all jumped up and pulled out their cameras .. and was able to photograph you are not anyway, since they appeared only for a split second.
the evening we have a date with Derek and sky and eating BBQ in a beach restaurant. that was grilled seafood (squid, shrimp, baracuda) .. It is so blatant, how delicious tastes, where we can imagine at home but never have, such shrill creatures eat with pleasure to be able to. our Chinese found it full of funny how we looked skeptical and then eat the delicious yet found;) for the seafood is so basic food.
went on the fourth day in sinahoukville's with another boat on island tour. that was very relaxed. only the motor of the boat was extremely loud, irritating sound. we made stops at three islands. On the first we could snorkel for 1 hour at the reef. on the second island, we then stayed longer. it was bamboo-Iceland. -A real dream island, how to find a picture book! white beach, blue water, coconut trees, a beach bar with chill-out music and hinfleetzen sitzsaecken: come Islands) okay to cook Steffans Iceland-bamboo-ran not sure, but It is a pretty close:) at least one could stand there for a while.
schreage a situation was when we were wondering where our boat man left, the us wanted to run again after lunch to boot. but he was gone .. First we thought that he will pick us up later, we might have misunderstood him with the time. but as he still does not after 2 h showed up, we started seriously thinking whether our boot at all even on the beach and anchored might not be long gone (or rather, over all the waves;). That would be really a stupid situation, so without getting stuck all on an Island. So we set to look at our boat man and then luckily found him too (including the boat). he asked us why we come so late .. We told him that we were waiting for him .. naja, was probably a misunderstanding. now was the only thing that a Swiss, who also sat on board, was on the other side of the island. Our boat man but made no move to get him, sat down at the bar instead chill .. the sun was already so slow .. and we were actually still third on an island. Martin tried to explain to our boat man, then, that the Swiss is not sure of nothing, and he will get it once, so we can go on .. yes, he did it well and we were finally able to go on:)
ie the Cambodian folk are already a really cozy! make themselves better than no head ..
in the third Unsel was then snorkeled again and we saw two big fish 1m which angers each other! ui was that exciting:)
on that last evening in sinahoukville we left we go again in the beach restaurant good. diemal gave it delicious curry in Khmer style.
ambiente on the stand is already mad-man sits with chill out music in a wicker chair in the sand and looks at sea!
The downside of this romance is the one the staff of restaurants. it is in fact almost exclusively of children served (about 12-15years). Moreover, it is of even younger children constantly (about 4-8) zugelabert, sell to a jewelry or copied books do. child labor is ubiquitous, not only in Cambodia at the beach!
another thing are the beggars. it is often crippled or people without limbs, the grind through the sand and make next to a halt. one can say that every 5 minutes someone comes to the table: either the waitress who asks if you still would like to order what you want to sell one or more children, the jewelry or even a victim of war and poverty, of his butt in the air waving winzelnd asking for money. yes, and if you then rigged the many Cambodian teenage girls looks at the ranmachen old fat tourists, then taste the food in the restaurant really idyllic beach only half as good ..
and we ask ourselves over and over again the question: what can be done only with all this human suffering? what can each of us to make our world a bit fairer?
since yesterday we are in Phnom Penh, the Cambodian capital. we are doing fine so far. only I (Chrissi) grad a cold sore, so with or take drugs and headache. degree in the heat here makes no real fun .. But it gets better.
